I just wanted you to know that I just got your sister's exercise video yesterday and bought an exercise ball and did the video today with Madison and it was great - I feel like I had such a good workout and she was entertained the whole time - esp. giggling when I would do pushups over her.  Anyway, if you remember, tell your sister I loved it and plan to use it all the time.

She is a great instructor and the class is alot of fun. It's a great workout and the added plus of bringing along my baby has made it a easy fit into my new busy mommy schedule. I highly recommend it! Now I just wish she'd add more classes.

WOW!! What an awesome video, with an inspiring and helpful instructor! I don't even have a baby, but I still get a great workout and love it. Anyone can do it, you only need a ball. A fantastic workout for anyone and everyone with big results!

I am so happy to have discovered this class! Perry is an inspiring and skilled teacher as well as a patient, loving mom. I've been attending her class since my baby was about three months old and it has definitely proven to be a really great workout and lots of fun for me and my little one too.
